These really help hair, skin and nails
Really effective biotin. Within only a few weeks of taking this as directed, skin improved dramatically, hair loss was less and nails were somewhat less liable to breaking. Sadly an interaction with a recently prescribed medication means I have to stop taking them but if you can, and want support for your hair, skin and nails this is an excellent product!

Hair growth
These supplements have been fantastic for my hair. I noticed last year my hair was thinning a lot around the top sides of my face. Since taking the supplements my hair has started to fill in on the thinning areas and feels a lot more thicker in general
