Sensational
This book was amazing, along with it's predecessors. I laughed, cried and grimaced throughout the whole thing. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to any woman who has ever lived in Ireland. You can definitely relate to at least 12 of the characters throughout the series, not in the least the beloved Aisling.

Having loved the first two books, I had high expectations and wasn’t disappointed. I couldn’t put it down, it made me laugh out loud and at times she a tear. Please read all these books you will not be disappointed.

Fun
Another fun, light and heart-warming read; completing an Aisling trilogy..?. But leaves you wanting more as you don't want the craic to end.

Superb
They just keep getting better and better. Aisling is possibly my favorite character in a book I’ve read. I read it slowly so I could savor every page.

Well crafted, not just the standard format
Wasn’t sure after reading the first book that I would continue with the subsequent ones but I’m so pleased I did ... I think the 2nd and 3rd books are better than the first. The characters are endearing, the 3rd book runs at quite a pace, and what I really liked was that the various twists and turns aren’t obvious. In fact, I was really pleased that the book ended the way it did (can’t say any more !). Well done on a good read although it may be a bit more difficult to understand if you don’t understand life in Ireland.

HOOKED
I can’t help it. I’m hooked on the characters and the craic. It’s not the best writing, again, but it’s enjoyable reading, with warmth and humour. For all the eye rolls and sighs, it’s making me smile and laugh, and that’s got to count for something, right?! On to Book #4!

Heartwarming and funny
My favourite book of the series. I had been hoarding it as a lockdown cheerer-upper which it was, until it made me cry. Aisling would ace lockdown. I loved every word of this book and all the small observations that those of us brought up in Ireland, north or south, can identify with. From Cemetery Sunday or Folk Masses to Tayto crisp sandwiches and the joys of Aldi. Aisling is an Irish heroine for our time and the woman who gets stuff done, no matter what it takes. Am hoping for more and especially for happiness for the hardest working, kindest hearted girl in BGB.

Funny, emotional & brilliantly relatable
I was gifted the first two books in the series for Christmas and thought they were brilliant. Devoured them and couldn’t wait to see where life would take Aisling next. As a female who grew up in the North of Ireland the quirks were so relatable and hilarious to see written on paper. Highly recommend.
