**Q: Are these made in the USA?**
A: You'll need to ask the seller.  Manufacturers Origin is not on the label.

**Q: Is the 4 by 6 exactly 4*6 or is there a little extra room?**
A: I just measured one; the 4" is exactly 4". The 6" is 6-1/16" from the inside of the zip closure.

**Q: How do you store/dispense these?  I had a spill out of the original bag and it was difficult to get them back together.Light and slippery.**
