Strong flour
I have a breadmaker and i was looking for a high wuality flour to make some homemade brrad. I came accross this one as reading several reviews sl i decided to give it a try. Great quality, bread texture is amazing cant go wrong with it

Not what is advertised.
I ordered this as it’s meant to be unbleached and just pure wheat (none of the added/fortified things most flours have in them) sadly this isn’t the case. It has the added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thiamine & ascorbic acid. Probably a great flour, but this isn’t what’s listed. I’ve added pictures of what’s “being sold” and what was received. Unfortunately it’s non returnable.
