SAT NAV 2022 Map, Jimwey GPS Navigation for Car Lorry Truck with Voice Guidance and Speed Camera Warning, Lifetime Free Maps Update (7 inch)

This has only just been set up as it was a present only worked for 3 days so not happy

I don't like to use satnav as a rule, I prefer a map, but my speedo doesn't work so this was the cheapest fix. I have to say I'm a convert, it's fab, loads of features and slim too. For those of us who are a bit silly, you can change your car/lorry on the map to a variety of different vehicles (I'm currently a tank!) The menu is pretty easy to work through, you can choose from a variety of voices (or no voice) if you're plotting a route, there are several to choose from; I'd avoid Kate, she sounds very condescending and a little bit menacing; she's probably a Doctor's receptionist somewhere.

Not the best sat nav at all, keeps stating it has no power and switching off, its very heavy and rattles around in its bracket, and worst of all when driving on the motorway it wanted me to visit EVERY rest station on the way. complete rubbish and i dont use it any more.

These sat navs are seemingly mass produced under different branding names as I have other ones with same format but differing names.The sat nav is fine and as I am used to the set up no problem. But I can see how others may be confused by it.It is quite good by touch to operate. Cancelling a journey is a bit fiddly. And the time reverts by an hour despite setting it to GMT. But you can just set it to a different country to solve the one hour difference.My main problem is the suction mount and despite several attempts,cleaning window,cleaning suction it still fell off the window. Conclusion is that sat nav is too heavy for mount supplied. I remember having this problem with a previous 7 inch unit also ,some years ago. It seems the mount is problem as unit is not overly heavy.I do recommend it and it comes in a nice presentation box. Feel free to ask me any questions.

Good for basic first sat nav for hgv but not accurate teys to send down 7.5 t roads when your 44tons I have gone out and bought a another sat nav spent extra money for decent sat nav would not recommend for a professional drivers sat nav

i have had this for a while now and i have to say i love it. Simple, easy and it hasn't taken me down any random roads. It is the size of a small kindle.I drove to manchester for the first time and i used this sat nav. I was able to get there and back without any issues which is a 2 half hour drive.

The device does not connect to the bracket properly, almost as if the bracket belongs to a different model. The thing falls off when going over bumps so is pretty useless to me as a delivery driver. How can the wrong parts be packaged in the box? It keeps losing the GPS signal too yet when you check the satellites it shows several in range. Its cheap I guess but if you have the money do not buy this cheap rubbish.

Easy to use straight out of the box,It’s easy to see the map while driving and it make life a lot easier,It dose everything I needed .Especially the speed limits and camera warning . I’m very pleased with it.
