Decent block for the price.
Pleasantly surprised with this block, keeps a overclocked xeon 3680 @4ghz very cool, looks pretty decent. Mounting system could be better, a back plate is highly recomended. The mount could interfere with board components and if you are using a mitx then you may need to mod the mount for it to fit. The included fittings are not standard 3/8 barbs, they are smaller, maybe 9mm, just use your own and it will be fine. Took 6 weeks to get to NC USA so if you need it in a hurry look elsewhere. Update After almost a year of use it is still working great, no corrosion or wierd buildup, temps on a 8 core xeon that is over clocked are still great.

Don't think, just buy it!!!
This CPU waterblock is just amazing for the price. I'd say it's comparable to a swiftech or ek waterblock. This block blew away an old eco coolit 120 mm AIO that I had on my i3 8350k. I was getting 20° C better temps then with the AIO. Granted it's paired with a 240 mm radiator and we're talking about custom water cooling versus an AIO, but still it's an amazing block. I was able to overclock my i3 8350k to 5GHz at 1.42 volts from 4.8 GHz at 1.37 volts and still maintain similar or lower temps. Before that, 5 GHz would lead me to temps of 90° C and higher. Now it maxes out at 83° C. If you're looking for a pretty high quality, cheap CPU water block for Intel or AMD then this is for you. Edit: It's still a good CPU water block, but I found out it doesn't play well with liquid metal. The liquid metal started to eat the copper block. Thankfully the CPU is okay.

Mounting Issues
The water block seems to work fine of my LGA 1200 CPU. It doesn't leak and handles the thermals fine. My one (pretty big) issue is that the block does not play nice with an LGA back plate. The included hardware would suggest that you are supposed to mount the block on the CPU with a plastic washer holding it on against the motherboard's PCB. The whole point of a back plate is to secure the cooling solution so that its force is spread across a larger area, preventing damage by stressing small parts of the board. What I ended up doing to spread the load evenly was I took a multi-socket back plate and pulled out the threaded metal part; and I stuck the included hex nut on the bottom of the back plate, carving out some plastic so that the hex nut would have a little more security, which was not strictly necessary but it made mounting the block a little easier (not that it was easy to install, in fact it was quite difficult). Long story short, its an otherwise good block with bad back plate compatibility. If you're willing to mod a back plate, then I do recommend this block. Otherwise, I would advise against mounting any cooling solution without a back plate; there is a reason that every included AMD and Intel CPU cooler has one.

DOES NOT FIT AM4! read review
I bought this when ryzen came out because i wouldn't feel bad about butchering this block to fit the slightly different am4 socket. When this product was posted AMDs sockets all used the same mount and thus this was universal between Intel and AMD but after ryzen came out it only fits the older sockets. I used some wire that I threaded through the holes and twisted as a make shift mount until real waterblocks came out for am4. The block itself isn't half bad. It is 3 parts: the acrylic top, the copper plate on the bottom, and sandwiched in between is the black steel mount that has a cutout to fit everything together. There is a red gasket to seal the acrylic top on with the G1/4 threads. The included barbs are 3/8" I think and the screws it comes with are actually quite nice. I used them to put on my actual waterblock for am4 and it works fine for my chilled water setup. Temps were on average about 7C higher than my apogee XL2 waterblock from swiftech, which I don't recommend for other reasons. Go read the reviews for that block to see why (it doesn't fit G1/4 thread). This cheap waterblock does however fit G1/4. If you are looking for a cheap intro to custom watercooling then this isn't a bad choice!

Get what you see!
I custom mounted this(don't judge) for my bitaxes. Fit well for what i was doing, mountability doesn't apply to me. Noise level minimal for water flow.

Almost perfect solution
The single issue I had with this was that the included hose barbs are a little small for the 3/8" I.D. flexible tubing my system is based on. That could have been solved by including other sizes, (or I could have bought some). However, after applying standard hose clamps and giving them quite a tightening, I arrived at a water-tight seal. The flow through the system has been excellent, the cooling better than ever, and I can visibly see if anything ever starts fouling the block, and the construction may allow me to clean it out if necessary. All in all, I'm very pleased. But they really should include some US measure hose barbs when selling it the US.

CPU Block seems good but item description is wrong
The item description says the included fittings are 10mm in diameter, which would be 3/8 inch. This is what I was expecting but the fittings it came with are only 1/4 inch. So now i have to buy additional fittings.

Very good water block for the price
Very good waterblock for the price, it dose the job very well. I got my FX8320 to overclock to 4800mhz with temps a little over 55c but it drops back under 55c on the core, socket temps stay at 63c. Remember temps matter inside your room and outside so sometimes I have to lower my overclock a little do to hot days but when it gets a bit cooler outside I'll be able to higher the overclock. Update! I got to admit this waterblock dose an awesome job of cooling my cpu, it's been a month now since I got it and my temps dropped even more then before because the thermal paste needed to settle in for temps to drop once freshly applied.

Been using this water block for a while, and the lamination is coming off. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WAS A LAMINATED BLOCK! I expected it to be a solid hunk of copper... It's not, he copper is a thin lamination... and it's peeling...

For the price did not expect much. But, works very well. On a Ryzen 2700x kept the temps in control. Will use on my next water build.
