Update*** The company ended up contacting me and giving me a refund after a bit of back and forth about the issues with the machine. Happy with the end result and would now recommend the company. I am sad the machine didn’t work, but I feel more confident if I were to purchase another I would have a better experience. I am beyond disappointed with both the heat press and the service from this company. The machine doesn't heat above 340°F, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get it to work correctly. When I placed it on a table to press a sweatshirt, I encountered endless issues: The sliding bottom plate was extremely difficult to move, with a bolt underneath nearly tearing the first shirt. The machine is poorly balanced, almost toppling over every time I swung the arm around. My husband instinctively grabbed it to prevent it from falling. The top plate felt unsteady, making it hard to apply even pressure. As a result, the heat was unevenly distributed, and I had to press the shirt multiple times, leading to a subpar result. When I tried to return the defective product, the post office informed me it would cost £80. I refused to pay and contacted the seller. Their solutions were to: - Pay the fee, send it back, and get a refund if they can duplicate the issue (because I trust someone to reimburse me after sending a faulty product and then sending me a shipping label that I have to pay to return). - Upload a video of the machine’s faults to YouTube or a site they provided and then send them the link (so now I have to unpack, reset up the machine, take a video, repack the machine, and cart it back to the post office when they send me a label). - Keep it with a 10% discount. I’m quite disappointed with this machine and the company. Please do not buy from them and chance going through the same issues I am fighting. It seems I’m not the only one who has had issues with this machine. I thought I’d be lucky and not have those issues, but unfortunately, I’m not.

I’ve used this only for t-shirts so far but all is working well. No complaints. I saw a couple of reviews before purchase that complained about the machine falling over when the heat bed is swung to the side. I have it place upon a glossy surfaced unit and the small suckers on the feet do a fine job of sticking the unit down. Very stable. This unit works as advertised. There were a couple of parts missing when I first got the unit. I contacted customer service and they replied the very same day asking for a photo of what I had received and to highlight, on a photo of the parts list, what was missing. They were helpful and compliant and sent out the missing parts the very next day. Great service.

I have had this press for almost a year. Ater a couple of months, I noticed that some parts of my sublimation prints were coming out a bit faded - this appears to be due to cold spots on the press. Due to this I can no longer do full page print/presses. It still works OK for HTV - assuming because it doesn't require as high heat. Never used any of the attachments so cannot comment on these.

Only been using the press for a week, but so far so good, easy to operate.

Really nice heat press well worth the money

It's great for making shirts with logos, it's super fast, it's lightweight and easy to carry anywhere, and best of all, it helps you a lot because it gets the job done quickly.

I have had no problems at all using this machine. Heats up fairly fast and works great. Very happy I decided to go with this press for my first machine.

Je suis très déçu pour le prix payer. Le fil d'alimentation est très lousse sur la partie de la machine. Je vais le retourner car je suis pas sur qu'à la longue sa tienne. De plus lorsque le temps est écoulé pas moyen d'arrêter qu'l sonne à part fermer la machine et l'ouvrir par la suite

Works great for beginners like myself. I love it. We brought plan clothes and made outfits for Christmas. Will add picks later.
