You pay for what you're getting, a little rubbery ball of resistance to chew on.It does the job of fatiguing your facial muscles albeit it takes a while so I Can't argue with the very cheap price- unlike the main seller of this style of product who are really really capitalising on gullable people- I'm glad I experimented with this one.Smaller than expected though, isn't hygienic obviously and can't see it lasting a long time. A Month tops. Plus it took about a month to arrive!My advice- instead toast some 100% rye Bread. Let it cool. Chew on that. Will strengthen your neck and face and is far More sustainable and healthier. You'll thank me.

Well it's not the same as what was shown in the image which they shouldn't do. It's easy to use you just bite it. Issues being that your teeth tend to slide occasionally and that's a pain. Smaller than anticipated. As your mouth is open it's easy to accidentally dribble. Disappointed but it's bearable for the time being, wouldn't recommend but it does the job pretty much.

Worked well as a beginner, used it every day for 4-6 minutes then it split so I’ve gone to the next weight level. I did see a difference definitely in my jaw line hence I’ve gone the next level

The idea of jaw exercising is good, but this product is basically expensive tat, the mouthpiece is cheaply constructed and not fit for purpose, you may fare better by just buying a piece of hard rubber to bite on.

This product comes with two strips which 'plug in' top and bottom for your teeth to engage with presumably to protect the silicone from damage by your teeth.Unfortunately, the strips immediately dislodge when you start to use the product and in my case they came loose and could constitute a choking hazard.The principal of this jaw exercise is probably great, but i have found that this particular product does not quite 'cut it'.

I was very disappointed when I received this product. It arrived in a torn plastic bag without any instructions about how often to use it or for how long. Also the advertised pictures clearly showed the product branded with the CARVD logo, but what arrived looked of poorer quality without any branding on it!! There were a lot of cheaper products available which were very similar to this one, but I thought paying a premium for this product would result in better quality and experience. Buyers beware!

I received the device in a small bag with noInstructions. It looks robust enough but it’s a little remiss to not send a leaflet. Have now requested instructions... watch this space.
