Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick PRO Fry Pan Set, 2 pc. (8" & 10" Fry Pan)

By far, the best nonstick cookware that I have ever used.

My wife has used LC traditional pots for years, but we weren't aware they had branched out to non-stick pans. It was finally time to get rid of the Costco-purchased egg skillet, and this was highly rated. So I bought as an experiment. So far, we really like them - make sure you read the instructions and cautions, and when used as recommended these have great heat distribution, are extremely easy to clean, are truly non-stick, and cook as expected.

I bought this set about 2 years ago and both pans see daily use. They heat very evenly and have great build quality and are very easy to clean - while the non stick lasts. The smaller pan is still about perfect I can wipe it out with no effort and looks good as new , but the larger pan has gotten worse and worse with time, the bottom has dulled. It could be to occasional overheating while cooking which is hard to avoid when frying or braising. It still cooks OK but is hard to clean. I am considering getting a new one, but they are spendy and I had hoped to get more than 2 years.

I just replaced my over 15 year old Le Creuset non-stick pans with this upgraded version of the same skillets. Quality is excellent. The heavy pans do take a couple moments longer to heat than thinner/cheaper pans, but the result is worth the extra time. They cook evenly and handle heavy heat and use very well. Although they are dishwasher safe, I plan on hand washing this set to extend their life. They are always pretty easy to wipe out and clean anyway. I found that dishwashing my last set seemed to not be great for the nonstick surface. I also second the suggestion from another reviewer to not use metal utensils. These pans are very durable - I use mine every single day! - but not impossible to ding up over time. Serving spoons are generally okay, but for actual stirring or cooking I stick to either wooden or silicone tools. You won't regret giving these pans a try. I love mine!

I have been a fan of Le Creuset for many years but have only used their cast iron cookware. I recently had to replace my everyday non-stick pans I decided to try these. They are great. They heat up fast, cook evenly and cleanup is a breeze. They definitely live up to the Le Creuset name. No hesitation in recommending these for daily use.

I'm obsessed with these. I do a lot of cooking. I have cast iron and stainless steel pans, but I always grab the Le Creuset non stick. They are thick and sturdy and hold heat perfectly. I do not put them in the dishwasher and metal utensils do not get used. I replace them about every three years, however they do get used every single day, often twice a day. Worth their price.

Several months later these pans are still holding up great!

Le Creuset does not honor their warranty, Purchased these pans a couple of years ago expecting them to last a long time, especially when a lifetime warranty comes with the items. Teflon began separating from the pans, so I emailed Le Creuset about the issue. A day or two later I received a message to fill out the claim form, I did and it was extensive, but I figured that this is what is needed to replace the pans. a day or two later I received another message asking for more information, I provided the request info. two days later I received another message from Le Creuset informing that they would not warranty the pans even though the pictures were in high resolution showing the Teflon coming up. Their excuse was improper use or too high of heat! these pans are rated for up to 500 degrees and any residential stove can barely reach that temp. along with this, these pans never went into the oven. I've been working with every variety of pots and pans for over 40 years as a professional and culinary instructor. Steel, cast iron, Aluminum and stainless-steel Teflon coated and non-Teflon coated. I know when using Teflon coated pans to not use metal tipped tools to prevent scratching and gouging. So, a long story longer, Le Creuset offers a lifetime warranty to get customers to buy their product with every intention not to back up what they say. For the price of these pans, it should be no questions asked. Buyer beware, IMHO.

Pricey but very worth it. Well balanced with very even heat distribution. The handles are cool to the touch. The pans don't need a lot of heat and the non-stock works great. Highly recommended.

São boas, tem um peso bom, funciona super bem no fogão de indução. O anti aderente é ótimo, não risca no lavar, mas uso espátulas de silicone e plástico.

Le Creuset has always been a quality brand and these fry pans are no exception. Nothing sticks to these.
