Have only used it to bake Sourdough discard sandwich loafs but, they come out great! Even if you do over fill it 🤣 I dust with rice flour so, never sticks and very easy to clean.

I found this loaf tin to be of very high quality. This is the first time of using a Pullman tin, and wasn’t sure what to expect when I made my first loaf in it. I needn’t have worried. The loaf was lovely, it had a good texture, a lovely taste to it and sliced beautifully. Lovely for sandwiches and great toasted. I accept this tin is a bit more than I would usually pay, but feel that it is good value. It is a good size , non stick and very easy to clean. I make a dough, place the dough into the tin cover and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning I leave it on the counter for two hours before baking. I wish that I had known about this type of tin before. Just one little thing to be aware of, the lid slides off easily, unexpectedly sometimes when carrying it to and from the oven so be aware. Otherwise a brilliant buy.

I bought this tin to use in my Ninja 15 in 1 and it fits perfectly. I make a loaf using 450g of flour and put the lid on while proving and baking. It is a sturdy tin and so far the bread hasn’t stuck to the tin although I lightly greased it with butter. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because the lid is very loose and easy to slip off while taking it out of the Ninja. But I’m very happy with my purchase.

It’s a lovely well made tin and I enjoyed baking with it for the first time at the weekend. My sourdough sandwich loaf was perfect. Nothing sticks to it and you just need to give it a wipe when finished. I’m very pleased with it.

I use mine to make gluten free bread. It makes a better loaf than a normal bread tin and gives a larger slice which is better for sandwiches.

Love this tin. It is on the more expensive side to what I would normally pay but the ease of the non stick and shape of the bread has been worth it. Extremely sturdy, washes well and I believe will last years as long as care for properly

Perfect loaves every time. Cooks evenly and comes out crispy.Bought a cheaper version of this which I had to throw away. Lesson learned. This loaf tin is worth every penny!

Lo sto usando per fare il pane in casa e mi ha davvero sorpreso. Lo stampo è solido e ben fatto, si percepisce subito una buona qualità dei materiali. La cosa che fa la differenza è il coperchio: permette di ottenere un pane in cassetta bello compatto e uniforme, proprio stile pancarrè. La cottura è omogenea e il pane viene fuori con una forma perfetta. Il rivestimento antiaderente funziona bene, il pane non si attacca e si estrae facilmente senza rovinarsi. Le dimensioni sono ideali per uso domestico e per chi, come me, ama preparare pane o toast in casa con un risultato più “professionale”. Nel complesso è un accessorio semplice ma fatto bene, soprattutto se ti piace fare il pane homemade. Consigliato senza dubbi.

Die Form ist ideal für kleinere Brote von ungefähr einem Kilo. Die Beschichtung funktioniert gut nichts haftet an. Den Deckel finde ich nicht so gut und benutze ihn auch nicht. Das Brot wird durch den Deckel eher matschig
