The Box of Emotions

This is a good quality product which is used to help facility younger and older clients with helping express their emotions. This can be difficult for some people and having a simple visual aid does prove to be of benefit sometimes.

Perfect resource while in therapy, this box helps explain different emotions and you can refer to it to gain a better understanding of your feelings. I will keep and continue to use it to look after my mental health. Recommended for people who might have difficulty identifying their emotions and managing them.

Better for learning qbout emotions than for using to communicate when heightened

This cards aren't what I expected at all. But saying that they are really beautiful. The cards are broken down into sections with different emotions. The explanations on each card is well written and points to other cards to extend your understanding. Personally I love the very strange but stunning colours on the front of each card. Just sitting and contemplating the colours alone have a really calming effect.

In love and gorgeous cards! Very interesting way to connect deeply with emotions! It was recommended by mentor, and i have been using them since to help indentify my emotions. At times it can be hard to do so especially when there are many! You won't be bored if you like explainations and history of words, each card comes with a story.

The cards mainly talk about the history of emotions and relate them to all sorts of art pieces, films and psychologists. They don't actually help you explore and recognise your own feelings and emotions. If you want to read a card of 100 words explaining the background of the emotion, you might like this, but otherwise I don't see this as a useful therapy tool.

Bought as a gift for a friends teenage daughter, which she loved. Used everyday.

I read some of the reviews about recieving used box and I thought it could be a mistake. But I recevied a box of cards that was opened before! The cards inside are dirty and some of the cards were folded! Also, the content of the cards are quite informative in a way that hard to read through and understand. Some of the feeling words are not the regular words people would use in conversation.

Ok… There’s no guid as to where the cards go in order if you take more than one out at a time they will get mixed up. Nice description of the feelings.

It’s something fun to read and to know more about your feelings.
