Review: Does the Job. - For the price compared to the $800.00 and $900.00 + options out there for a commercial burr mixer. It's a no brainer. This is my second one. The first died after a year and a half worth of use(and I fixed it with a switch bypass so its a back up now). The only bad thing is the blade could have been shaped different. With a little angle on it to aid in mixing and make it more powerful. But still it gets the job done for a fraction of the cost.

For the price compared to the $800.00 and $900.00 + options out there for a commercial burr mixer. It's a no brainer. This is my second one. I purchased this item in May and used a couple of times and it no longer powers on. I’ve reached out to the seller numerous times as the item is under warranty and the seller keeps responding saying they are sorry that they can not help. They did acknowledge that the item is under warranty but said I will have to contact Amazon to get a replacement. It is outside the 30 day return window as to why I am trying to use the warranty. So I am out $230 and the seller is unwilling to help or give me the information needed for warranty. I will never purchase anything from this seller and will keep waiting for them to make this right. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, THERE IS NO WARRANTY LIKE THEY STATE AND THEY ARE UNWILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY.
