One workout down review *updates*
Update 5/6/25 - its not been quite 2 weeks and wow. Love this machine! Seeing and feeling results and core muscles i forgot existed.I have to take a break because I had a very effective ab workout today (it was fun!) but this is the BEST machine. The noise got crazy loud clunky for a bit. I resituated it and its better now. I just did a (slow but good pace for me!) 40 minute work out on this machine. I love it and can see myself loving this in the future.Great quality, good company, heavy duty.Yes there is noise, but I think at the speed i went (30spins) that it was mostly a rhythmic and hypnotic sound. My treadmill is equally as noisy. :)I had 3 mechanically inclined teens put it together because it would have been too intimidating for me to build.I do not have that gift, so I hired out.I will give updates, but I say that unless there is some huge issue.. this is a wonderful buy, I'm glad I purchased it. Can't wait to see myself buffEta: day 3 of owning. Buy it. It's a solid, enjoyable workout!

New way to exercise
I purchased the Teeter Power10 Rower so I could have an additional workout besides my daily 2-3 mile walks, in hopes of building muscle strength, toning and to assist with some weight loss. This machine definitely gives me a workout. It is too early in my use of the machine to see whether I will have the results I am hoping to achieve. I am using the machine 4-5 times a week for 15 minutes at a time, which I usually do after my 2-3 mile walk. I am getting an additional cardio work out with the Teeter Power10 Rower.Putting the equipment together took at bit longer than the 45 minutes noted on the instruction sheet, but it was no problem. With the BILT app I downloaded onto my iPhone and the clearly labeled individual packages of screws, the process was pretty slick. The disappointing thing we ran into was once the machine was up and ready for use, it had a terrible noise in the base on tension levels 1-4.I emailed Teeter and Sadie was the representative who assisted me. They sent me a new base, box to pack up the defective base and a complimentary equipment mat (for the trouble of taking apart the machine and re-assembling). All in all this process went really smooth. I now have a new base which operates smoothly and more quietly. I write all this because Teeter's customer service was spot on and very friendly. If you are looking for something different than the 'regular' rowers, this unit may be the one for you. It is an elliptical rower and the rowing actions are smooth. Depending on which direction you row, will determine the muscle groups you are working. One other note.....I could have bought the Teeter Power10 Rower on Teeter.com for less money than I spent on Amazon...the thing is....they were backordered on Teeter.com. I decided since I wanted the machine sooner than later, I paid the little extra to order from Amazon and I received it within days!Oh...and when I returned the defective base to Teeter - Teeter sent the box to ship the unit back in as well as the return label. Once we had it boxed, we reached out to Fed Ex Ground to come pick it up and they did - the next day.

It’s an “elliptical rower”???
I row for about 30 - 45 minutes a day no problem. Using this after 20 minutes and I can feel my muscles getting sore (as long as you use it with the correct body posture); the Teeter app also gives you good workouts to motive and keep track of routine exercises and progress.Assembly was a bit daunting but had clear instructions. Even after all pieces where tighten and secured, after 5-6 uses, you can hear pieces making noises so do not expect this thing to be quiet, although I have to say it’s quite sturdy and did not feel it was going to break at all.Good product so far and works most muscles at the same time. For those who like rowing, this product will take some getting used to. I cannot say it completely replaces a rowing machine, but it’s definitely something that can supplement rowing. What I do enjoy the most is the room spaces it takes, it’s not much; it’s a bit wide, so if you are thinking it of moving it room to room, make sure you assemble it in the room you are thinking of working out.

Great for limited space
The media could not be loaded. Overall, I love the machine. I have bad knees and can no longer run so this machine is great for me. The assembly was a bit time consuming and really requires 2 people. The app for the assembly and in way the hardware is stored in individual baggies per step made it very simple to follow step by step. The adjustments on the machine can very greatly for users of various sizes so it takes a few tries before you find the right seat adjustment and stride setting which work for you. The only things I would change on it are adding some padding to the seat, or selling an upgrade for it, and have the straps for the feet adjustable so you can raise them higher. Other then that, it's a fantastic machine for home workouts.
