AMAZING
had a set of Bones Reds on my old poison wheels. they were good, never had a problem with them. got a new set of thinner poison wheels and there was a sale on these ceramics. these things are awesome. they just seem to keep gliding no matter what i'm doing. the wheels just want to keep turning. smooth as glass. there was a short break in period. they were smooth to begin with, but after a 3 hour test drive they were even better than before. a friend has had the same combo (poison wheels and ceramic bearings) for about 2 years now and his attitude about them is the same as mine. his bearings are just like new with very little maintenance. unless Bones decided to make a full ceramic race/ball bearing i think this will be the only bearing i'll ever use. i dont care about ABEC ratings or any other skate rating...i wouldnt care if these had no ratings at all. these bearings are amazing. get them, try them. these bearings are in a class of their own.

Super smooth ride great durability well worth it for real skaters.
Best bearings available aside from the ceramic Swiss $400ish ones. I’ve got a real skater - 6-8 hours a day and these will last a year I am guessing!

Nice and smooth
Run fast, smooth, and quiet. I really like them but not sure how much more performance over standard super reds.

These bearings are well worth the money. Bearings spin ...
These bearings are well worth the money. Bearings spin for days before adding Speed Cream, and for years after applying it. Not a fan of Bones making their stuff in China, but it seems as though they've got a real solid quality product here. Undoubtedly my first choice of bearings for the next board I buy.

Excellent precision bearings that stand up to abuse
Roll long, smooth, and quiet. I was on travel and abused them in some rainy weather for about a week. I was amazed when I got home and 7 of the 8 were showed no signs of dirt penetrating the shields and still rolled just like new. One bearing needed cleaning and still produced a little noise after oiling, but it was unnoticeable once I was back rolling on the streets. I'm 200 lbs so these bearings take quite a beating, but hold up incredibly well. Removing the shields is very easy, but be careful not to lose the race and bearings after removing them.

Nice, but probably wouldn't buy again
Here's the deal. I purchased these for my Razor A5 Lux Scooter, which I use for my 1.5-mile commute in San Francisco. Since I saved around $180 by purchasing a Razor over a Xootr, I figured I could afford to splurge a bit on fancy bearings. From what I understood at the time, this was Bones' second- or third-nicest set of bearings, after the Swiss ceramics. After some experimentation, the difference between these and the stock bearings is pretty marginal. Sure, the wheels spin by themselves a lot longer, but under load it's really not that noticeable. I travel a few extra inches per kick. Would I pay $40-50 again for a barely noticeable difference? Probably not. What's worse, I don't know the marginal difference between these Redz and the cheaper varieties (Redz at around $10, and Super Redz at around $20, respectively). Could I have spent $10 and gotten about the same performance? $20? I strongly suspect that I could have. I won't say these do nothing, and maybe a really skilled skateboarder could tell the difference. But for me, these just aren't worth the hefty price tag.

let them break in, then review.
Was waiting until I had these for awhile. I put these on my electric skateboard & they are much smoother. I'm usually going 20mph & these have given me another 2-3mph at top speed - which may not sound like much: but is actually a good increase. Less rolling resistance & my wheels just keep spinning. Plus I really like the lower maintenance of Ceramic. When I FIRST got them: They did not roll as well as I thought (although they had oil on when I opened them). Also made some grinding noises. Now: they roll for a long time, smoothly & silently.

Works like intended, perfect on my longboard. Tried it on a longer stretch approx 60km and the bearings are like new still. even cruised on gravel and grass. without any issues.

Los uso para patinar en línea; he cambiado mis rodamientos originales por estos, y se nota que las ruedas giran con más facilidad.

Bought as a gift for my partner. She adores them, after her first skate with them in she said it was her best blade ever, they were fast, soft, smooth and quiet. Would recommend for sure, so well worth the price for the quality of the product. Sometimes it is actually true, you get what you pay for! 🧡
