My toddler loves it and he's getting good balance on it. Holds up well outside too, although check for embedded gravel/rocks if you take it out. My kid just turned 3 and he's small for his age. 2 is probably the best age.

Niece and nephew loves zooming around. It’s perfect for teaching balance.
