Honestly this is wonderful.. great value and no nasties in the paste.

Some essential tips - You will need holy basil, good fish sauce and shrimp paste to make this curry. You also need a good coconut milk with no guar gum so it separates in the can and you can use the fatty part first. When cooking do NOT use vegetable oil as in instructions! Instead use pure coconut fat and the fatty part of the coconut milk to fry off the paste UNTIL IT SEPERATES. The importance of this can't be stressed enough and your curry won't look or taste right if you don't do this. You want the green oil to be visible on the surface before you add the watery part of the milk. It takes time, don't rush it! If you get these ingredients and the method right then this is pretty close to as good as making your own (although it's never quite as fresh or amazing ofc). Big thumbs up from me!

Was surprised by quality of this. Bit runny, but tasted nice. Hotter than expected, but we like spice & you could use more/less coconut milk to adjust that for yourself to suit personal tastes. We just added a ready pack of baby stir-fry veg so was an easy, tasty, quick meal with rice/noodles. Handy pack to have on busy nights!

Not for people who dont like heat!. Very hot and spciy, almost tastes like restaurant green thai food. Definitely recommend it.

This is the closest thai curry I've made that matches to the real thing. Lovely but very spicy, don't go mad with the amount if you don't like spice!

Awful. Just salt and turmeric. No green curry aromats. So much better available for the price.
