Not a Hackers book.
I found a lot the information presented in the book helpful and actionable. I liked the references to all the supporting peer reviewed articles for each claim made in the book. I thought it was comprehensive enough for a great foundation in wellness. I use a heart rate monitor called Oura ring and I was able to use my data to perform the few calculations related to maximum heart rate and zone 1, zone 2, etc, exercises. I also bought some magnesium supplements noted in the book and also gained a lot of insight into my sleep patterns, which is what I wanted to focus on improving. I also liked the biology and anatomy presentation, it’s a nice coffee table book or reference material. I learned about the author after watching an interview of him by M. Peterson.

Amazing!!
Everything I have been trying to store in my head is right in this book with additional information. A must read for anyone trying to better their life and health.
