Worked great
I thought the hole in the bumper, of my 2022 RAM Bighorn, was for a ball. I thought this was weird, but after some research, I discovered these RAMs have a class III bumper-hitch. You just need to mount the receiver (this item) under the bumper. Everything was straight forward and simple. Took me 20 minutes to mount. The only iffy thing is that you’ll need a 1/2” hex-bit socket and a torque wrench that goes up to 320 ft-lbs. My largest torque wrench only goes to 250 ft-lbs. So, I did everything I could and brought it over to a mechanic buddy to torque the main bolt to the required 320 ft-lbs. So far, I’ve pulled 2 cargo trailers ~ 2000 and 3000 lbs and a vehicle transport with an old D150 on it ~ 5000 lbs. No issues, everything worked fine.

Fits 19’ Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 (6’4” bed)
Excellent product and easy install! This class III towing hitch took less than 10 mins to install on my truck with the instructions provided (2 papers). Tools I used (not included but recommended) were a 1/2” 19mm deep socket, a 1/2” to 1/2” hex socket, a 1/2” breaker bar and a 1/2” torque wrench. I recommend pre-threading the main screw with the breaker bar into the hitch before installing and then removing or it’s going to be bit harder to screw in when installing. Other than that, it’s capable of towing 6-7Klbs as mentioned (with my curt 2” drop ball hitch and proper towing accessories). I would highly recommend! (See pictures for justification after the install.)
