When the floss runs out, I just buy a Johnson & Johnson dental floss and transfer the roll of floss to my Grip-it. When I got my first Grip-it several years ago an online review said the hinge eventually broke, so I just put a piece of clear packing tape over the hinge to reinforce it to keep it from breaking, I am still used my original Grip-it from years ago. Bought a second one to leave in my car so I can floss while driving. Perfect for travelling. Review: Didnt work well - device couldnt grip the floss well enough for my teeth. i have low clearance with my teeth, floss came apart when using. Not strong enough for all mouths.

perfect for me

Didnt work well

I can’t use it
I ordered this product because I wanted it to be easier for me to floss so I wouldn’t have to stick my fingers in my mouth or use disposable floss picks. I’m disappointed that I can’t use it. This holder fits in my hand perfectly and it’s good at holding the floss. I was able to floss my front teeth but when I tried to floss my back teeth, I had a hard time because the floss holder is too big for my mouth so it made using this floss holder awkward and the floss broke when I was trying to floss my back teeth.

I absolutely love this product! Been using one I bought from them over 15 years ago and bought this second on for my 5 year old. So great that he can use his own now too!

Where do I begin, it holds floss and thats ...
Where do I begin, it holds floss and thats about it. The winding or threading is poorly designed, the floss is cheap, the unit itself is too short to get to the back teeth effectively and it does not fit the hand or fingers very well.

Easier than holding floss alone
Tried many other floss holders. I like this the best. I can but my floss and put it in there, not problems. I now own 5. I gave some away as gifts
