Healing with Gemstones and Crystals

I love this book, I'd been using my friend's copy, trying to get one for myself for years but couldn't find it in local store. It's my second 'go to' book on rocks.I received my new copy quickly.

Though there were a few markings in the book, I am still very happy with my purchase and especially for the lovely note contained inside!

I had been looking for pictures and visuals of the chakras other than what is most known than the 7 major chakras. I love how I can find them from the diagrams and learned each color and what their healing and purposes are.

I really love this book for a concise, not-overwhelming book of healing properties of stones. The biggest downfall is that there are no pictures, which is a big disappointment. But if I'm shopping for crystals there is usually a picture, so you can look for the stones whose properties you would like to have, then go out and buy it.I would love to see an updated version of this with more than 200 stones in it.

There are lots of better written books ... Do more research before buying... You can get more just looking on line...

A good starting point into gemstones and crystals, Not quite the info. I was looking for, however,it will be very useful. Could have use pictures of the gems.
