After a pretty intense foot surgury, the swelling, per my PT, was not in check. After ensuring, all was medically kosher, he recommended this band. Used the red one only. Nightly routine of ice and this wrap (5 minute) session, put swelling in check, helping the healing process move forward.

this product was recommended to me by a coworker. I have played the drums for over 20 years. in the last year or so I have had pain in my right arm/elbow. I have been using this product for week or so now and I am feeling the results with less pain and more strength and movement. Just follow the instructions and it will help.

Really had no expectation of how this was going to work. But after using them three times a day for five days my joints some of my swelling in certain locations all went away and I was able to get back into the gym and enjoy myself..I do believe that this is a must buy if you are exercising or just an all-around athlete just to take care of yourself!!

Not impressed with this product. The bands are very smooth which makes them slippery and hard to keep them in place with movement during muscle flossing. They didn’t stick to the skin or stay tucked in when trying to use them like others I have. I didn’t try them out right away but did inspect them and thought everything was good so I missed the window to return them and now stuck with a product that I can’t use with my clients.

I use these bands DC or flossing my knees and elbows and they work fine. I recomend these bands.
