The particular house wherein these two persons reside, they reside in a house whose available space is very limited to some necessities. The kitchen can be accessed through three separate access points. The hallway, the dining room, and the rear door foyer area.Two persons can move around in the kitchen; however, three persons at one time is a definite no-no. This is further complicated in this house full of cats. Cats are continually moving all around at any given time, with complications that can cause accidents and even property damage. There was a statue that was comprised of 6 dancing frogs. It was nothing more than some trinket-like statue, but it was pulled over by an area in the kitchen where these Cats move freely about. The statue was broken and no longer served as anything more than damaged property. There is much in this house of cats whereby property has not been damaged. There is minimal space available for people to do what they please. There is 11/2 ft of counter space moving right to left with about two ft. in height immediately to the right of the sink. This area is filled with property as it concerns this house of cats from medicinal considerations to other cares, with the point that counter space is a relative luxury. It is crowded. The other side of the sink is filled with anything from dishes to pots and pans, with the refrigerator sitting to the left next to the wall. Directly across from this area is the oven, and like the counter space outlined above on both sides, counter space is limited and filled with papers, letters, folders, and specialty grocery items like olive oil, Pink Himalayan salt, and so on. The item shown above had its main power cord strewn across and within the rear grill area, making it very vulnerable to damage if someone were to use the rear area of the stove without noticing the power cable. It did not take very long for a problem to happen as one of the two people living in this house was careless and did just that, turning on one of the jets whereby the main power cable to the above mentioned product was synged. There occurred this dreadful war-like emotion that now had a damaged good and held the other half as the culprit to the suffering that was to follow. These wars, when they break out, do not have a good effect, and this particular mention was no exception. I did not want this to go any further as it can not be stated enough that the circumstances that these two in particular persons live in is neither honest nor credible, however, the emotional purge that this woman puts others through is debilitating and in principal to unfriendly. as a result I immediately looked carefully at the now damaged product and said I will replace it, everything for a moment went quiet and within a terribly efficient amount of time this product was ordered through Amazon and within an equally short time period this product arrived. I think when the newly arrived product was being unboxed, I heard a Thank You.

I've had it now for little over 2 years. My husband uses it all the time. It works really well and makes great coffee. It might have problem with some off brands, or refillable pods with dripping, but if you use any of the name brand pods, the coffee is perfect every time. We get whatever is on sale. Amazon has good name brands and grocery stores have Lavazza, Llave, Pete's, even Starbucks (which I personally don't like).Yes, there is some dripping in the drip tray, but isn't that why it's there? I haven't found it to be an issue where I have to empty it frequently. Not if you use the right pods. I usually empty the drip tray when the used pods container gets full. I empty both at the same time. Again, this thing has been used daily for over a year and frequently for a total of 2 years and it works great every time and the coffee is perfect with the perfect amount of Crema. No complaints here whatsoever. In fact, I recommend it to all my friends and family. I had friends that had it now going over 7 years and they never had any issues with it. Which is the reason why I bought this model.I did add the extended warranty from Amazon, but it's going to run out in a few months and I never needed to use it.

Good quality Nespresso machine and came in bundle pack with milk brother that works great. I like that they are separate and not attached as one big thing. My counter area is limited so I can keep the brother in a different spot. Frother works best with skim milk and it only takes a little to make a lot of froth. Definitely a great cup of cappuccino to wake up and make. I'm saving a forunte compared to coffee shops and have great cappuccinos sometimes three per day. I alway use two capsules to get a big enough cup of cappuccino. I buy the cheap off brand capsules. They are just as good as the ones twice the price. Bundle pack was a good price back when I bought it a while ago. The price fluctuates. I own a few of them. One for kitchen, bedroom, RV and travel!!!!

Machine was fine, water tank leaked after 8 months but I was able to remove the gasket and spring and reset it and this stopped the leak
