Actually my rating for this product is in negative.I have purchased Lenovo high end laptops earlier and experience was good. On that basis I purchased this product for my Brother in Law. This product started showing issues (Fast draining battery and faulty camera) from first month itself. After sever complains and three attempts by Lenovo technical team the problem remain unresolved even the laptop body was damaged. So, I asked for replacement as It was under Warranty. I am pasting there answer below to make you aware risk involve in purchasing high end Lenovo Laptop:Hi Pradeep,if the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase, then we consider it for DOA/Replacement as an exception and goodwill gesture. After warranty expire , you will have to throw the product in Garbage

The product is out of warranty as per the Lenovo services site. Amazons stand is it is in warranty. Lenovo site rejects registeration. Amazon stand is to obtain a letter from Lenovo with stamp that it is out of warranty and then Amazon will take next steps. The ad itself is deceptive it gives the buyer an impression that ms office is preloaded. It is not. Learnings...never buy electronics from Amazon. Unless from day one you want to tossed between Amazon and the manufacturer. No return pilicy

Hi, i would like to give my honest review for Lenovo laptop and its about 1 year back when i bought a Lenovo laptop from reliance store however i couldn't use the laptop that much [average 1 day in a week] but as you all are aware after corona pandemic we totally dependent on personal laptop while working from home. So after one year the devices were stopping gradually[camera, audio, ports etc. ]. therefore please keep at least 3 year warranty instead of some lucrative offer associated with it.

After 1 year of trouble, starting from 1st month, 8times motherboard replaced, 5times keyboard got replaced. The laptop was in service centre for its entire life... not that the warranty is over, they are charging me 65k for motherboard replacement again. So now I have dumped the laptop in garbage.

I have never given a bad review to a product on Amazon but this product deserves it. The device was defective which I realized at a point when I could not return it. The camera stopped working, audio doesnt work, overheats while charging and a brand new laptop hangs so badly!Complete waste of money and feel highly cheated by Lenovo!

Performance is the best and battery life also better than expectations screen quality is not good little bit..bt not any type of issue after all best deal for value 4 money....!!!

SSD crashed right after the warranty period.Lenovo authorised service ill charge you for original OSPerformance was okay.Battery okay.

The camera with all lenovo's touch model does not work after sometime, the battery also goes too fast after 6 months use. Don't buy!
