pros, works fast, pleasant taste. dosage is 4 sprays, i take 2-3 in the morning. clearer thinking, better concentration, more alert, without getting " jittery " cons, once you open the bottle, effectiveness goes down within a month or so. i keep mine in the fridge - maybe it will last longer. been using this for several years, will continue to do so

I love this stuff. It tastes good and it gives me great energy throughout the day and I need my B vitamins anyway. It’s super simple and you just spray in your mouth and swallow.

I really like this spray. However this isn’t the first time that it has leaked I had stopped using it because of leaking when traveling and the spray bottle not working. So I decided to start up again only to have the bottle leaked all over the packaging. So disappointed.

I have used this product for several years and have never been disappointed. It provides me a much-needed energy boost whenever I need it. Convenient too and preferable to a trip to your PCP for an injection. Using it sublingually provides a quick boost because it is absorbed almost immediately into your blood stream and does not have to run the gauntlet of your digestive tract. When used as directed, does all this without adverse side effects like caffeine products.

I love this stuff. It’s pricey but gives me that boost of energy I need. The only problem is that the product seeps out of the bottle . I thought I did something wrong and ordered another one and it arrived like there was blood seeping into the bubble wrap. They need to do something about the bottle. Otherwise it’s a 5 star item.

Actually works- my blood labs show the change in B12 and this absorbs much better than a tablet.

Really like the convenience of the spray. My husband and I both started using it as our levels were low. The standard for "normal" is lower in the US than other countries so while our blood work indicated we were OK, we were on the low end. We've both been using this nearly every day (6 sprays under the tongue). It's been 10 weeks and my husband just had his blood work done. His B12 level is up to where it is OK, but not quite optimal IMHO. The natural blackberry flavor is nice, and both of us are happy not to have yet another stupid pill to swallow! I plan to keep ordering this spray, but we will probably start using it 3-4 days a week once we reach the optimal level.

Have bought this a second time, I’m noticing energy increase. I’ve been taking a record twice a day of my supplements along with my long walk activities, blood pressure, heart rate and weight. If I take this before my evening walk I can climb the stairs at the exit route easier. My records are showing this benefit.

Totally happy with this high quality product from Dr. Mercola and would recommend. Vitamin B12 is a naturally occurring microbe that was plentiful once upon a time but with the overuse of pesticides it has reduced drastically. It is an essential requirement in every human's diet.

Great tasting product but found the initial opening of bottle a bit tricky but mastered it eventually. I love and trust all of Dr Mercola's products and trust him more than my GP

Felt so much better, less pain on movement. Just wish these products were not so expensive.
