2 sizes up - but these are the best!
6ft2, 80kgs, XL - fits lovely, perhaps slightly large on the leg, but as others have said you will feel the straps - not so much because they’re particularly short, the mesh just isn’t that comfortable. Fine with an undervest (I use FDX). Pad is comfy. Definitely a premium bib & I would buy it again, but do size up, I usually buy M so this is 2 sizes up. Come back after having ridden 100+ miles rides in these, they are by FAR the most comfortable bib shorts that I own, and I will be ordering more. Even the Assos which are renound for being very forgiving are not as comfortable in the saddle as these. 100% These are now the only ones I want.

Good design but Order a couple of sizes up
Very good product having tried various bib shorts these are comfortable with a good pad, But like others have said the sizing is way off. I’m medium in everything and a large in these barely fits , I think xl would be perfect.

Ridiculously small fitting
As advised by other comments I ordered up a size. Ordered XL instead of large. Was very disappointed as they were so tight I could not get them over my hips. As I wanted these for a cycling holiday starting tomorrow I ordered a size XXL and they arrived quickly, before my ride starts tomorrow. This time I managed to pull them up although they are still tight which was not too much of a problem but then found the straps were quite short and dig into my shoulders. I will be returning both pairs after my holiday. The material seems nice and the padding feels very good. In all a nice pair of bib shorts that feel good quality. Think I will certainly buy the XXXL as they are nice shorts but the sizing is ridiculously out. I am 5ft 8in with 36 in waist and never had to buy larger than XL on any other make

Value for money bin shorts
Great bib shorts for a good price. Will buy again.

Very small sizing.
I am generally a size M but knowing Castelli sizing with other purchases I ordered a size XL in the Competition Bib Shorts. Unfortunately I think a 10 year old child would not manage to get into them.

Great fit and comfort for indoor cycling
Very comfortable bibshort for indoor cycling (Sprint & RPM). The fit is excellent and feels great while riding. The chamois is supportive for 45–60 min workouts and handles sweat well. I chose one size larger than my usual clothing size and it fits perfectly. Slightly tight when standing, but perfect on the bike. Overall, great quality and value for money.

EXCELLENT CUISSARD - TAILLE PETIT
Cuissard très bien fini et peau très confortable pour longues distances (4 H de vélo et plus). Qualité d'excellence CASTELLI. Attention taille petit , prendre une taille au dessus sa taille habituelle.
