This Ceramic Backflow Waterfall Burner performs perfectly. It really is amazing to see the smoke gently flow -- exactly like water. Well, it was for me, anyway, since I wasn't aware these even existed. Regarding the seller, I can't say enough about the customer service provided. The scent was a bit strong for me -- and so I ended up deciding to return this item. In the process, however, I had some difficulty with the QR code (which I eventually found). Through Amazon, I contacted the seller about the problem (before I had actually fixed it) -- and he or she responded in less than 24 hours -- offering me the refund even if I couldn't find the right QR code. Very happy ending to the story -- the item was returned to the seller -- and I was given the refund. But I wanted to make sure to make a written record of how impressed I was with this seller's customer service. It just doesn't get any better, right?

This is so beautiful but what i love the most is the smoke comes down like a volcano and both types of scent are strong and smell great. I was looking for one that did dual holders. The price is great as well. I highly recommend this product. I plan to purchase another one on my next order.

This is a small cute ornamental inciense Fountain. It works well, but you have to be careful with the inciense cone being sturdy, because if tilted it falls easily.

The overall package was nice, but the incense cones had a very strong scent and gave me a little headache

I've had no problems with this product,,it is mesmerizing ,and calming!! It just takes a few seconds to position the cone and once that's done the smoke filters down the 3 levels in a swirling motion--- I 🩵 it and am ordering a couple more!! I'm very happy with it! The 2 green fronds which are included are a nice addition and add to the pretty affect!!! Thank you to the Seller and Amazon!

I purchased two of these for myself. The first thing I noticed was that the ceramic fountain was so poorly made that it was nearly impossible to set the cones and a spot or it was flat and stable on top of the fountain. The cones included with the fountains smell like charcoal mixed with tar! If you use these, be prepared for the fact that these cones only burn approximately 4 minutes max, depending on how you like them. Don't turn your back on them since they do not have a secure way of setting the cones upright due to the imperfections of the mold used to make them. The third instance cone I lit and placed on the fountain burned for approximately 1 minute before falling off the top and burning a hole in the top of my cherry dresser. Fortunately I was there in the room when I smelled it it's starting to burn and was able to put the cone into a coffee cup and get it off of the top of my dresser. Otherwise, it could have caused an intense fire.These are very small fountains, poorly made, and are dangerous because of the poor quality and manufacturing. The cones smell like charcoal and/or tar. Definitely would not recommend.

Gave this as a gift and the recipient loved it. Perfect size for a desk or small table. Beautiful color and plenty of incense provided. Seems like it would be very easy to clean.

After I cook and clean up the kitchen after I eat and relax, and when I cleanup everything on SundaysI light a cone almost every 3/4 days keep the home smelling nice and you don’t smell what I cooked.And it is very relaxing to smell and look at lavender and jasmine seem to relax you more and also help you sleep better

I agree with those reviewers who state that the incense cones are low quality. Burned one this afternoon and there was no scent at all! Will have to get better quality cones.But the burner is great!
