Made a mistake buying this

I had the cover for 2 years, the fabric started ripping after normal use. I compared the cover between my old red cover and the new black cover I bought, and immediately noticed that the new black cover is actually made of thinner and cheaper fabric. I contact support and they refused to provide a replacement even though their product has gotten cheaper and worse. They accused me of putting it on a sharp edge, not sure how that's a reasonable explanation if the tears exist across the entire bean bag in a circular shape - looks like tears due to stretching to me. Don't buy if you plan on using it for over 2 years

This product is the same as could be purchased direct from Yogibo at same price. I am happy to purchase items that I can't source locally from Amazon, with better selection of colors and better delivery. We put directly over the original cover which had a hole. I expect we'll have to remove the old cover someday and use this "correctly" but it was a quick and easy way to put the replacement on. Very satisfied.

The concept of a cover is great... one is needed to maintain hygiene. However, the cover is too small and it had taken over 15 minutes to get it on. Then after adding it one to the bag, the bag, wasn't as comfortable. It compressed the fill to much so that it was a lot less comfortable and didn't conform to me as much as it used too. If you could add another yard of fabric, it would be so much easier to fit, and to use.

I bought it to replace the old one for my granddaughter. It’s durable takes a lot of abuse and the color is beautiful
