1. Fuly preheat the stone to 500℉ before baking. for oven,it may take 40-60 mins (Depends on oven performance). for grill, may take about 30 mins. 2. Transfer the pizza to the stone, baking for a few minutes until the pizza is brown nicely.

1. Normally, just sweep away the burnt flour fromthe stone. 2. lf your stone is stuck with dough, pizza toppings,or has absorbed oil, soak if in water first, then usea plastic scraper to scrape them off, Do not usedetergent or soap.
