I was a bit nervous at first about getting this for my brother because of mixed reviews, but after getting it set up properly this thing has been so amazing 👏 he loves it

I purchased it for my grandson. He loves it

Cronus zen came all the way across the United States to my location in just the manufacturing package. Looked beat and banged up when it arrived on my doorstep. Tried using this device and it displays error code: Bootloader E3001 With flashing red lights. Cronus support had a step by step guid for this code but unfortunately i tried it multiple times and the device just won’t reset itself. Reached out to collectives minds because there is a 30 day date of purchase warranty card in with the device box to try and get and exchange for a working one, they then told me cant do anything since it was bought 3rd party through this seller on Amazon, they sent me to the Cronus shop where chat support is completely automated and you can’t talk to any real people. Been trying to get a device that works but the vendor that sold me this one hasn’t responded. I don't even know about it to even rate. I guess 1 star. Thumbs down for not shipping in a protective box.

After further testing and reasearch It takes some getting use to but works fine. Its not plug and play

I heard this thing can give me an advantage so I bought one. It’s very stressful to set up. It took hours. You 100% need to have a COMPUTER to set it up right or DO NOT BUY ONE. If you have the patience it’s worth it. Little advantages everywhere! It felt like I was setting up a delinquent music site. Like limewire. It just had crappy coding and it was difficult to set up. Automatic drop shot is my favorite.

Cronus is the best to be able to have good sensitivity

Bought mine from this retailer on October 14, 2025, and by the first week in December 14, 2025, it stopped working. This was defective, but because it was already outside the return window, i could not return or exchange, i 'm now going to have to buy another one somewhere else. Not confident in buying another with this retailer in fear of the same thing hapening again.

Both included Type-C cables were not working right out of the box. Only the Micro USB cable was in new and unused condition. I had previously returned another unit, but this time I didn’t have the time or patience to go through the return process again—especially since the device didn’t even show a registered user. Very disappointed with the packaging quality and lack of usable accessories for the price.
