Nice looking phone but not easy to set up or adjust settings. Instructions have a very unusual way of getting into the menu, not user friendly. Sound quality okay.

ok, but the instructions are very poorly translated into English

The manual seems to be a literal translation from Chinese to English and is TOTALLY incomprhensible. This makes the phone almost useless and not fit for purpose. Since I only need it for making and taking calls I shall keep it , not being bothered to return it Doesn't anyone check these things?

UNSUITABLE FOR SINGLE LINE ,LESS THAN 10 CALLS/DAY,WAS ATTRACTED BY 50% DISCOUNTOFFICE RECEPTION PHONE,MANY LINES,MULTI-USERS.WOULD LIKE TO REURN ASAP/CHANGE TO A SIMPLE PHONE WITH LARGE BUTTONS/GOOD RINGTONE.

It is too modern for my 91 year old friend. She doesn’t have WiFi.

It is lovely phone but dd not arrive with the correct lead for connection to a UK telephone socket

Instructions hard to follow

Never used this phone as it didn’t work and I returned for full refund
