Is inscription 2 on the back?

Yes, I believe so! (If this is referring to the keychain engraved with "Don't Do Stupid Shit!") Then, yes...we had the Inscription 2 on the back say "Love, Grandma & Papa" (By the way, our Grandson LOVED it for his 21st birthday!) Engraving was fine. It was just a bit smaller and thinner than I pictured it to be.

What are the dimentions?

Not sure of exact dimensions (gave it to Grandson in another state), but it was a bit smaller than the photo made it appear. Guessing, it was probably 2 1/2" long and 3/8" wide, with thickness of thin metal.
