I will be blunt, if your goal for a protein powder is to maximize the protein to calorie ratio, this is not for you. However, if you don’t mind the extra calories or even need it, this protein powder is amazing. Creamier, tastier, and smoother than any other milk isolate protein powder I’ve ever had. It genuinely tastes like cinnamon toast crunch milk when mixed with milk. It even tastes good mixed with water. The macros are definitely not the most efficient for getting in pure protein, but if you’re buying Syntha-6, you most likely want something that tastes great, and this tastes great. In essence, great buy if you’re bulking or on maintenance. Probably look elsewhere if you’re cutting.

This the only protein powder I’ve used for a couple of years now. The taste is a mixture of cookies and cream and birthday cake. It is sugary sweet and you can add milk, water, or any toppings that you want, and it will taste great. It does not give you bloating, and helps you hit the protein goal.

Best protein powder ever, the Milk chocolate flavor is really good. Doesn't taste like other protein powder that I tried that they weren't good at all. Good quality, just which they fill the plastic container more than half, ( I know they come by weight) even though it will cost more but will be fewer plastic containers wasted or make the plastic containers of a smaller size. Literally it comes fill to half the container.

The only powder I’ve ever had that actually mixed well with water. It doesn’t clump like most protein powder does. And the taste is better than most. We have two jugs of it currently.

The Blue Berry Pancake flavor is okay. It's not super delicious and it's not bad, it's just an okay flavor. I think BSN best flavors are Vanilla and Cookies and Cream. I don't think it's worth getting adventurous with the BSN protein flavors, keep it simple.

My second time purchasing this! Protein content is on par with others, but I love it for the fact that it dissolves easily and has fiber! Many protein powders have NO fiber so need to add psyllium husk making it chunky. This stuff solves the problem. Best part is if I need more protein, I can just add a scoop of Kirkland brand which has no fiber, fat, or carbs but 25g of protein for an excellent meal replacement! Will keep me full into lunch easily

The flavor of the strawberry is pretty good. I just use Milk and a banana. I am using it more or less as a protein shake before work.

Taste and quality are king with this product. I used to buy protein powders in bulk and then add flavoring and extra ingredients to get the taste and texture just right. While that worked, it took longer and involved measuring ingredients for consistency.With this powder, the taste and texture are built in, making it easy to down with only water or milk. Going forward, I think I’ll stick with this product line for a while, trying different flavors to see which I like best.
