we are pleased with the lids, we ordered in black and got white ones instead , but they are nice and strong

Sometimes the lid covering the pour spout won't stay open, but I just tear the tab back a little further and it's fine. Even if the lids get a bit warped (usually from shipping), they still fit snugly on the cups. The box I received was pretty mangled, but the lids were fine!

The opening tab does not attach to the insert well so I have to constantly push it back to drink. This is so annoying!

They work well and fits the cup’s well so help prevent spilling.

Perfect fit

I would say that 10% of these kids either are not perforated at all, or at least not in the right spot. My customers hate these lids, and I have heard multiple complaints about them.

We purchased these several months ago but only opened recently as we’d still had left over from a previous order. These were stored in a completely dry place/environment. When we opened the sleeves, they smelled of mold. Every sleeve was this way. We tried getting a replacement from Karat through Amazon. Karat rejected as this was beyond the 30 day return window. This is a good product when it doesn’t smell of mold. Buyer beware.
