The best of the best for WFH
Iโve been in phone sales for over 12 years and have always used the same (but have owned more than a few) plantronics headsets. Recently I needed to replace my handy plantronics headset. I ordered a Jabra evolve 75 (sound quality was not great and felt bulky on my head), a poly voyager 4320 uc (felt overly large and was a weird shape IMO) as well as another plantronics (Amazon renewed box had mold on it and I never opened it) Long story as to why I ordered so many different headsets however the point is this headset is a beast! Sound quality is great from both mic and headphones. I really like that you can flip the mic up to mute it. The voice that talks through the headset will remind you if you are starting to dial and still on mute as well as other prompts (you can turn these off if need be). This also uses a USB C charging cable which I love because itโs compatible w many other devices I own and the battery stays charged all day! Sometimes Iโll throw it on the charger just in case for 10 minutes or so towards the end of the day and when I put it back on Iโll hear โbattery highโ. The only slight dislike is the range. I can walk into my kitchen no problem but Iโm used to being able to walk out to the car or upstairs if need be and the old plantronics would still work just fine. All in all as long as your not trying to sit out by the pool while your on the phone w clients and your computer is in the house, this is an amazing headset that sounds great. Feels great and looks great as well! The best of the best, after testing them all!

Outstanding mic sound quality for my colleagues
I work from home in a sometimes noisy, sometimes quiet household. I have struggled to find headphones or a headset (with a PC) that provides great noise cancellation and solid sound from my microphone. I tried Bose Quiet Comfort 45 Bluetooth ear buds. They have great sound, but the range isn't the best and the microphone sometimes digitized my voice to the extent that people on calls cannot understand me. I then tried Logitech Zone Wireless certified for Microsoft Teams. They worked great for a while, but then they started to drop, disconnect, digitize and then the microphone started having issues. I tried everything recommended on Google, YouTube and Logitech to troubleshoot it. I suspect a Windows Update caused the issues, but I gave up. I just need something that works. So, I read a ton of reviews and decided to give Plantronics/Poly Voyager UC 5200 headset a try. What a mistake. Hoping they provided the sound and mic quality suggested in the reviews, this single ear solution cannot do the job. So, after reading another wave of reviews and recommendations, I gave Jabra Evolve2 65 a try. They were easy to connect, are comfortable, sound excellent, but the best is - the microphone is crystal clear. My coworkers are amazed at the difference in sound quality when I'm speaking. I am thrilled with these Jabra headphones (and will come back and update my review if they deteriorate). So many headset reviews boast about sound quality and noise cancellation. It's not easy, actually, to find great information about the microphone - which in a WFH setting is maybe the most important feature. I'm super glad I found these, so far.

Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Great sound and comfort, but limited noise cancellation
Jabra Evolve2 65 MS Wireless Headphones with Link380a โ Great sound and comfort, but limited noise cancellationIโve been using the Jabra Evolve2 65 MS headset primarily for office work and Microsoft Teams calls. Overall, these are very comfortable headphones with great sound quality, but they are not truly noise-cancelling in my opinion.Comfort:The ear cushions are soft and the headset fits well. I can comfortably wear them for about 2โ3 hours at a time without any noticeable pressure or heat buildup. They feel light to medium weight and donโt feel bulky.Sound Quality:Sound quality is excellent for both calls and music. The audio is clear and the bass is decent. I often listen to music while working and they perform well for that too.Call Quality / Microphone:On Teams and Zoom calls people say my voice sounds clear. The microphone works well in a normal office environment, though I havenโt tested it extensively in louder environments yet.Wireless Performance:Connection through the Link380 USB adapter has been very stable. I havenโt experienced any audio dropouts so far.Battery Life:Battery life is impressive. They easily last a full workday and more. I left them at the office over a weekend and when I came back Monday the battery was still around half.Noise Isolation:This is where they fall short. They block some background hum like HVAC or computer noise, but they do not do much to block conversations. I can still clearly hear coworkers talking about 20 feet away. In a busier environment you would likely need the volume turned up to compensate.Controls & Teams Integration:The controls are easy to use, the boom arm mute works well, and integration with Microsoft Teams is excellent.Value:For the price range ($160โ$220), theyโre solid office headphones with great sound and battery life. However, if strong noise cancellation is important to you, you might want to look at other options. I would probably buy them again, but Iโd also look for something with better noise cancelling at a similar price.Overall:Great sound, comfort, battery life, and Teams integration. Just donโt expect true noise-cancelling performance.

Able to answer from my headset
Excellent sound. Very comfortable and soft to wear. I can tell when it's on by slightly hearing my own voice. It was weird at first but it's great knowing it's on. It was easy to pair. It comes with a USB dongle that allows you to connect without bluetooth. I recommend downloading the vabra direct app to manage if in case you need to reset the usb dongle or update drivers. Works well with Teams and Cisco Jabber soft phones. The usb dongle is able to allow me to answer calls from the headset when it seems like it didn't work with bluetooth as I might only may be allowed to use wired or usb for my work.

Disconnects frequently and is frustrating
The mic is absolutely not worth it to me.Iโve been using this mic for the past couple of months and the only benefit it has to my old mic is that it is Bluetooth. However, I have a load of problems with it.- My headset disconnects often. By โdisconnectโ, I mean that I can still hear fine in the call, but for some reason when I talk my voice isnโt being transmitted. So the headset doesnโt disconnect, but the mic does?- In a one hour call, I can expect to lose connection 3-4 times.- You can lift the mic to mute, but when I lower the mic to unmute it is always disconnected.- To reconnect the mic, I need to switch it off and on and it takes about 10 seconds for it to connect again. This prolongs the call and is frustrating for the people Iโm talking to.- The mic can only be on the right-side and Iโm used to it on the left-side. The problem is that I still sometimes try to put the mic on the wrong side and the mic is so flimsy I feel like I almost snap it each time when trying to pull it down to talk.

Ok, but not great for background noise reduction
These are ok but don't reduce noise to the level I hoped like my others that I broke. I thought this was the same model, but it's not. But they are ok. Just not as good on the noise reduction in the background.

Very compatible with my system
I really like this headset. The sound quality is good and it always works as expected. I like the swing arm that unmutes when you pull it down and mutes when you put it back up. I like that you can download the jabra app and adjust settings. The battery life is great and it will last more than 2 full workdays. I have had a lot of issues with another headset that I bought from poly where it wonโt unmute at all to the point where I sent it back and they gave me a brand new one that has the same problem. This headset is not quite as fancy as my Poly headset but it never has any problems with functionality so itโs getting a 5 star rating from me.

Great Headset, much better than others I have owned
Easy to setup. Sound quality is great, Very comfortable for hours. Charge lasts a long time

Impressive quality. Seamless Connectivity.
Simply impressed. The noise cancellation microphone works amazingly well. I stood right next to the TV Soundbar (High Volume) and attended an MS Teams Meeting, colleagues on the other end barely heard any background noise. The operational range is good but is better when the is a clear line of sight. Crackling is apparent when I move two rooms away in my apartment. Bluetooth connectivity to phone and laptop is so seamless. This is money well spent especially working from home with a 3 year old around.
