I am THRILLED to find Phytocal here! Buying direct means you have to order a minimum (currently $69 worth of product) or else pay about $15 in shipping and wait, and wait... There have been times I haven't had enough money to order two bottles from the manufacturer and I've lost countless hours of sleep without this stuff. I searched here on Amazon on a whim and I will be buying here forevermore. It is CHEAPER here and it came in under 48 hours. I slept so much better right away. I have to take 4 at least 1.5 hours before bed, but it helps significantly and sometimes gets rid of my calf cramps altogether. I have a tender stomach so sometimes I have to take 2 then wait about an hour before taking the other 2 to avoid mild nausea. Great stuff. Totally recommend.

These are just an added supplement to my diet as all things DAdamo I've trusted for over 30 years. No belly bloat at 76 in June and no digestion problems so the effectiveness of these and adhering to his teachings about foods affecting blood type stand the test of time for me.

I love this Calcium/Mineral supplement for my blood type--(A). It's about the best and I've tried many, many others over the years. Gentle and effective!
