I need brackets for a decking area would these be strong enough ?

This one of the applications that these are designed to be used for. They are very strong if secured with appropriate screws (screws are not supplied with the brackets).

How much weight would these brackets hold? Using 3 on a small shelf in pantry. Would these be what i am looking for?

They are quite strong but I suppose it would depend on the size or the shelf. For a SMALL shelf I would say yes but they are only 2.75 inches so a lot more than that then I would think twice before using.

No you have to source your own screws according to what you are going to use them for

Can these be used for kitchen sides?

I think these brackets are primarily aimed at outdoor applications, but having said that there is nothing to stop them being used anywhere that timber needs fixing at a right angle. They are certainly good sturdy brackets!
