Great natural fiber supplement!
If you cannot take Isapgol/Psyllium husk in powder form(mixed with water) like me then this is the best option. Also, the Pectin added helps!

Total waste
The pills don't help at all. Tried increasing the dosage as well but doesn't work.

繊維を増やして便通を良くしようと、最初は難消化性デキストリンを飲んでましたが お腹が貼って屁ばっかり出て、日中仕事にならないため、別の繊維モノをということでこちらを購入。 屁はかなりおさまり、便も自然です。 ただ、水分摂取が少ないと詰まるというか、腸の中で長～～い1本糞になるため、 （そこまで固くないのに）排便に物凄い力を要してえらい苦しみます。 これ飲んでるのに２日以上出てないな？と思ったら浣腸したほうがいいです。
