We design our kendamas with the perfect spike length accounting for the slight settling of the friction fit sarado. This Hard Bamboo Kendama is made of solid Asian Hard Bamboo. Unlike traditional bamboo, our hard bamboo kendama is very heavy. It's about twice as heavy as our Solid Cherry Kendama. It's also extremely dense, very durable and has a great clacking sound. It has a earthy brown color that darkens over time and is smooth to touch.
