No mounting hardware included with the lights.
It comes with no mounting hardware. The screws provided with the lights are paper screws. The lights themselves are great, but you will have to find replacement hardware to mount them. Overall, a 4 out of 5 due to not having mounting screws included.

Alright at best
As other have said the wires are ridiculously thin and hard to connect to actual wire anything you hook it to would be using. The screw holes and screws are also ridiculously small, so small the entire head fit right through the hole for the OEM license plate light. In fact they were just wood screws and not nuts/bolts and that is also ridiculous since I don't tow around flintstone trailers made of wood. I replaced the screws with my own nuts and bolts but the only ones small enough to fit through the holes in the lights needed 2 washers on the back so they wouldn't go right through the OEM hole from the broken license plate light.
