Great value for the money
Honestly when I saw the pills, very small.I wasn't convince they had the vitamins and minerals it saids. But they are strong i can get a after taste in my mouth and smell of pee, not sure they have the right amount but it does has vitamins. Great value for the money.

Small but hard to swallow
They are very small but due to the shape and texture, I find them hard to swallow and I don't have problems swallowing large pills, they just need to change the shape. Otherwise I like these.
