My sister and niece just moved in. With them lots of pictures and artwork. I ordered this and had it within 24 hours. So nice I could also get it in blue which I love. So its a tool but not everything has to be yellow. I love the color. Stud finders are so necessary when your hanging pictures or artwork or just want to know what is in your walls and where. The price is fabulous and instructions easy to read and follow. Durability is fantastic and in my opinion every house needs one of these. This is an item that you will have a decade later and you know what, you will need it. Its just an all-around great item and product. In fact, I would suggest this as a fabulous housewarming gift. Forget the flowers bring this and you will be so remembered as the treasure person who gave a stud finder.

batteries don't fit in the device, product never worked. throwing $10 on the white sox to win the world series is a better use of your money.

Works as it should & was able to locate studs in a bathroom wall & updated cabinets.

There when you need it! I bought this to mount a TV in my new camper. Could have used it in the house over the years.

Works pretty well, detects wood and nails, but can't tell the difference. If batteries are weak it won't work.
