I've been using the Klein Tools 1005 for automotive connector work and it's a solid addition to any toolbox. Klein Tools has a long reputation for quality and this one lives up to it. Made in USA and you can feel the difference in craftsmanship. The grip is excellent, comfortable in hand even during extended use. One thing that really stands out is how well it works in tighter spaces if you've ever tried to crimp a connector in a cramped engine bay you know how important that is. This tool maneuvers easily where others can't. Handles both insulated and non-insulated terminals across a wide 10-22 AWG range, so it covers just about everything you'd need for automotive wiring.

They needed a little oil to loosen up but they are fantastic.

These are OK. For the price I would expect slightly better fit and finish. My main complaint with these is they do not release easily. In other words, they do not open and close easily and smoothly. You almost have to use two hands to open them. There is no spring or mechanism, they just are hard to open and close, even after lubricating the joint. I will say that these do crimp well; they bite down on the connector and wire very firmly.

Klein tools are grest

This is a replacement for the same cutters I used for over twenty years.. Until it went missing. Easy to use, due to the longer handle, very powerful cutting strength. It's an expensive tool compared to others but it will last many years. Good crimper as well.

Great crimpers

Zustand, Lieferung, Preis und Beschreibung in Ordnung. Zum universalen Crimpen von isolierten und unisolierten Stoßverbindern und auch Quetschhülsen. Schneidet auch und isoliert ab. Länge 230mm. Gute Kraft-Übersetzung. Nicht billig.
