For anyone who has had cancer, you don’t want to take a vitimans with copper. I don’t want Iron, either because it is very constipating. This company has 2 products that are similar. One with iron and copper and one without. I’ve been taking these for over 6 years and I have had no issues at all. They don’t smell like vitimans and they don’t repeat on you.

Since there are three daily doses, I can lower the dose to one or two capsules and supplement these multivitamins with a balanced organic keto diet.

These are my favorite multis. Easy on the stomach and carefully formulated. I have been taking them for around 10 years and still like them.

Surprised that I bought this Multi Vitamin nine times and the vitamin A was just 9 milligrams!!!! How terrible that I have been extremely low on A for nearly a year. I seriously doubt I got enough vitamin A in my diet to support my eyes. This multivitamin is a substandard formula. No wonder I got a new floater in my eye. I will no longer be purchasing this brand.
