Garden of Life anything is my first go to. I have used them for years, and Jordan Rubins books The Makers Diet and Patient heal thyself helped me get over Leukemia in 5 months. I like that it uses a natural, “raw” approach instead of synthetic fillers, and it’s easy to take daily with food. The capsule is smooth, and there are no stomach issues when taken consistently.

Good supplement real K2. Feel a difference since using

I never leave reviews but felt that I needed to share my story. Due to various health issues (I thought) I had become an extremely easy bruiser. A simple bang would result in a deep black and blue. A recent knee replacement left me purple from stem to stern and a simple blood test resulted in a hugh hematoma. These incidents were the straw that broke the camels back. I called my Dr. who suggested a few things that didn't work. I researched and found that I could possibly be low in Vit K. Well, I bought this product and within a week saw significant improvement. I still bruised easily, HOWEVER, they weren't dark and healed very quickly. As a matter of fact, I had an IV infusion for 2 hours yesterday and my bruising is minimal. I am extremely happy with product and would highly recommend it if you are looking to help with bruising.

The Garden of Life Vitamin K2 and K1 is a great product to support the body. It can be used in combination with vit D for added Vit D absorbancy. Taking vit K as a supplement has been a plus especially when we weren't eating whole foods that has vit K in them. Always talk to your Doctor before taking Vit K2 as it may not be supportive with people with certain conditions. I like that the product has the dual vit K. Iv'e been using this supplement product for many years and I have been very happy with it's support.

Ingredients: The ingredients are made from whole foods and comes with probiotics and enzyme for better digestion. Got this 2 days back and yet to experience if it really works or atleast doesn't cause any issues.

Took these vitamins (with other Garden of Life vitamins) in preparation for labor and delivery. My midwives told me that they were concerned that I would have trouble clotting after delivery (because of a blood test that suggested as such), so I did everything I could to help myself, which led me to these vitamins. After I gave birth, the midwives were shocked at how little I bled. Bleeding was minimal during my postpartum recovery, and I do believe these vitamins had something to do with that, as my other births did not go the same way. Highly recommend this brand.

We’ve been using this for a while now and it is the only vitamin k we trust. It’s slightly cheaper on Amazon than at sprouts so it’s a win win.
