I LOVE to make Chia and use this for crushing the cardamom and ginger. It is the perfect size for this use and small enough it doesn't take much room either on the counter or in a drawer. It is well made from marble and very nice to look at as well. The weight of the marble is very helpful in keeping it stable while using the pestle. I would definitely buy another for a gift and would highly recommend it for for all your herbs and spices when needed. Really a good price as well.

Absolutely beautiful! Very heavy marble great for grinding herbs & spice. About a one cup or so size bowl. So it’s great for grinding up anything in the kitchen. Wonderful quality. Great buy.

I love this mortar and pestle set! This is the perfect size. I like to use mine to crush chia and sesame seeds up. We have another one that we use to crush garlic and chilies de árbol. My daughter wanted mine, but I told her I would get her her own, and so I did! She loves it too!

This is much heavier and larger than I thought. It's good quality, sturdy and works well. But it is a bit hard to use do to the size and weight. Texture is smooth, but this is more for larger ingredients.

Has a nice weight to it, product as advertised. Works well to crush pills, as that is what I needed it for. Definitely worth the money.
