There was only 1 hat in the package.

Is the material thick or heavier than a sandwich bag? Would like to find one as thick as a freezer bag or a little less

I think the material is just about like a freezer bag but not as soft as a freezer bag.

Is this machine washable and dryer friendly?

I would definitely not put in the dryer. May be machine washable on delicate cycle but I usually hand wash.
