Catalyst waterproof cases are "top shelf"! I have bought iPhone cases from Catalyst and various vendors since I bought my iPhone 8. These cases are so nice, functional, and pleasing to the hand that I've bought one for family and friends, all are pleased. I have bought Catalyst waterproof cases foriPhone 5/5s/SE, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 8 (x2), and iPhone 8 Plus. Seven in all. All recipients are happy and, as I was, impressed. Catalyst cases are 100% functional, esthetically pleasing. Very comfortable in the hand due to their thin profile and rubberized frame texture. The rotating mute function nob makes this the most functional case brand on the market of upper tier cases. If your iPhone has two openings at the bottom i.e., lightning cable and head phone jack (iPhones 5/5s/SE/6/6s/6sPLUS) your case is good for 16.4 ft. under water. If your iPhone has just the lightning cable opening (iPhone 8 thru X,Xr,Xs,XsMax) your Catalyst cases are good for an incredible 33ft. (10 Meters) under water. Cases are shockproof from 6.6 feet for older case models and 9.9 feet for newer model cases (iPhone 8 and later).Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely!

The wheel on the side of the case keeps muting the phone/turning off the volume in my pocket. I had to break it off to prevent it from happening. Gave up and decided to re-order something else. The quality is just OK.

Call quality is very good, especially compared to other waterproof cases. You can actually use the camera function while underwater, unlike some competitors - my phone responded 85% of the time to touch while underwater, allowing me to take photos and video while submersed. I have used it in freshwater and salt water. I have had this case for about 2 years and it works great with one caveat. The bottom 'plug' is a single continuous strip. Like the image shows, I would detach the strip from the left side, so that the right side would be left dangling from the phone. Over time, this created a stress tear in the plug where it would bend while dangling. Not a reason to not buy it, but just be aware.

Not very happy, I love catalyst products they always work really good, I ordered this case for my phone and it leaked the first time but luckily my phone survived , I sent it back and bought another one thinking it might of been faulty, but no, this one leaked aggain and the phone didn’t survive this time, losing the phone I paid $630 for. I did the water test like they say to before you put your phone in it and it was fine then I did the exact same thing with my phone and it died, great now I have to buy a new phone and try and find a different trustworthy company that I can rely on like I use to rely on you guys, this has set me off and I don’t think I’ll be buying another product from you again.

Seems sturdy. Everything works. Haven’t tested waterproof yet. But only complaint is that the front does NOT sit flush. Believe manufacturing fault. The front plastic has a bubble when phone and case put together. This makes it difficult to use when needing to press keys to unlock phone and doing other tasks. Tried fiddling with it, still that gap.

Legit case. I lost the silicone plug already though ...Otherwise, this case is worth the money, great value — similar to Lifeproof waterproof but I might prefer this case over Lifeproof.

I’ve been a long term life proof user and made the switch because of the clear back on this case. So far, I am very happy with the switch. This case is much prettier. I have not dropped or water tested it, but I have faith.
