Wow!!! I love this keyboard.
I studied piano starting at age 7. Majored in Music Education on woodwinds - but always kept playing. My original upright piano was donated during one of our house moves - and I had been messing around on my Dad’s 60-key Casio. Hated it. Didn’t feel right to my fingers and I frequently needed the extra 28 notes to play Chopin, Mozart, Bach, etc.My husband and I are both retired - in our sixties - and I read about the electronic keyboards with pedals and “Hammer Touch” improvements on electronic keyboards. After playing one at a friend’s studio - I was sold. So, Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas from my spouse - my Donner arrived today. Set up was easy for two people. I’m going through boxes of music - piano teacher has been a label in our family for 3 generations. I inherited some great music and might take up teaching lessons again.

Action and tone are very good, great feature - recommend!
This is a really nice electric piano with some really fun and useful features and I would certainly recommend, especially for the price.TL;DR: Action and tone are very good; assembly is simple as can be; features are exceptional; volume button very weak/wobbly; no bench included. Overall would highly recommend.Assembly:It took no time at all to assemble, I think I spent 20 mins doing it myself. You can do it as one person fairly easily, but when attaching the top keyboard part to the stand it is helpful to have another person so you can line it up easier and not scratch the finish. As an adult man, it was manageable to lift the keyboard part but it was definitely heavy.Tone:Tone is pretty great overall; the speakers sound like good quality. It sounds good plugged in to headphones and midi recording into GarageBand sounded great too. I’m not a huge fan of the different “voicings” on any electric piano, but these ones seemed fine. The electric piano setting was pretty good - I did notice when you selected the “rock organ” setting, it was significantly louder, without moving the volume dial. Some good options for reverb and note transposing as well which are nice.Quality:This is a good heavy piano and the quality seems really good with a couple exceptions (they may be just issues with my particular piano, but just FYI).1) a few of the “C” keys will stay depressed if you press very hard. I don’t ever play with that much force so is not an issue for me. 2) The volume dial is extremely wobbly/loose-feeling. It’s not a component that should get a tone of wear, but even so I have a hard time seeing it as being really durable for long term. 3) I received in great condition, but there is a “crack” in the Donner logo on the music stand (see picture). Not a huge deal but a bit of an eye sore.Features:This is where this piano shines (in addition to the great tone and action); to get many of the following really cool features/functions you typically spend much more. Some key features (* means it’s one of my favorite features)-“teacher mode” split keyboard for duplicate tones-Bluetooth MIDI connection (for recording into music program)**-Nice reverb options*-Various keyboard voicings (piano, strings, organ, etc.)-Auto-off function after 30 minutes of inactivity-Transposing notesTL;DR: Action and tone are very good; assembly is simple as can be; features are exceptional; volume button very weak/wobbly; no bench included. Overall would highly recommend.

Great keyboard
Everything works perfectly. The grand piano really sounds like a piano. Keys are a very nice weight. Love the headphone and record features. Very sleek looking.

Looks nice, sounds nice, only a few minor issues
Solid for the price. I wanted something better than "cheap" but didn't want to spend thousands on hobby I wasn't sure I'd have time for. I like that it looks nice in a living room.I haven't played an acoustic piano in years but this sounds "good" especially if you have the volume up a bit.Issues I've had, which are minor enough to only knock off 1 star, given the wallet friendly price:- I feel like the balance is a bit off if you have the volume around "30 or 40 percent." The bass sounds deadened. Ability to adjust the balance may have fixed this shortcoming.- The key action can be louder then I remember on other pianos. But I have done no comparison to other models.- The slide tray is great, but, after a few months is loose when closed. This causes a horrible rattle when playing. Fortunately adding a bit of velcro to the slot opening adds friction to keep it tight. This is especially noticable when playing anything with a solid bass line.

Service Recovery so far so good
Update .. I have had the replacement piano for a couple of weeks and so far so good. I do love the piano as long as it continues to work well. Will add a final review in a couple of months which is when the first one started have malfunctioning keys. Advice to others .. hold company accountable and do not let them try to make you repair electronic parts yourself.Update... I have heard from the company again and they have offered to send a new piano. I accepted and promised to change back to five stars when I receive the new one.Update to review below wish I could give ZERO STARSAfter six weeks I started playing a piece of music with F/C Sharps. I noticed if I touched these keys softly no sound would play but if I hit it hard it would. This was very disappointing but I submitted a customer service request. They did respond and asked me to send a video which I did. I waited for many days and reached back out. They sent me a video of how to TAKE THE PIANO APART MYSELF and clean the keys w alcohol swab. ??? I only had this piano for a short time now i have no choice but PAY someone to fix it. More to come ... no wonder this was so cheap.I am rekindling my love for playing the piano so this was perfect for me. Easy to assemble (with hep of my brother) I can use my headsets to save my condo neighbors the torcher of listening to me practice ha ha. I ordered the bench separately of course. There are some features I don’t use but I do like the metronome, pedals, volume control. Great for a beginner especially the price with all the features. Super well packed for shipping too
