Downspout Gutter Guard - Eliminates Downspout Pipe Clogs from Leaves and Debris - 4-Pack (Brown)

Was looking for something to help keep my down spouts clear and not spending the small fortune they want for leaf gutter guards. Glad I went this route!

It was easy to assemble and install the only issue I had was connecting them together for a larger space

I think they fixed our problem which new gutters didn't. ( bassement has flooded 3 times this year from the gutter issue

We bought this product to keep twigs and larger items from clogging downspouts. What it does is block EVERYTHING larger than a grain of rice (uncooked.) Our gutters overflowed as EVERYTHING BUT WATER jammed the vents immediately. So if you install these, use a non-metal ladder to crawl up and clear the "GUTTER GUARD" DURING rain episodes, or don't buy this product and clear twigs and leaves once or twice a year, as usual.

Very light weight

This is kind of like a cardboard cutout toy - you get a plastic set of snap-out model pieces and put the silly tabs into slots to assemble each of these. Unfortunately, they are physically too wide for the base of our 7" tall architectural-style gutters. It seems like there should have been a note on the description that they only fit the shallow wide-bottom style ones. People buying this kind of thing probably have architectural style gutters? Just speculating.

Had a stongthree day non stop rain storm and these guards stopped so much water that the gutters overflowed.You either clean the gutters OR clean the guards so what is the point of these with a water overflow issue.I removed them all
