Great switch for the money.
I struggled over whether to buy a managed switch and whether to buy one with PoE for cameras, but eventually decided to buy this one, which has neither. I wanted rock-solid performance with plug and play, but without a big learning curve. Unless you're a network administrator, that's only true with an unmanaged switch. And I can always add PoE injectors later, which are suited to the wattage needs of different devices. Why get locked-in to the limitations of a PoE switch delivering only a single wattage? Injectors are cheap. Buy the CISCO SG11224NA, get a reliable switch, and save your money.

Works right out of the box! Unmanaged means no input / output table to program, just plug and play.
Easy install, fast switch was used for a small business network voip telephones and a few peripherals, there was no need for a managed switch so this worked flawlessly right out of the boxCisco builds very good products, I will use this again!Forgot to mention it also comes with brackets in case you want to rack mount it which I did , (19" ) rack.

High performance, reasonably priced...
Very high aggregate bandwidth for not much money. I needed a new switch for my computer "closet", the place where most of the servers and communications equipment is located. Comparing this switch to the competitors clearly showed this to be the superior product for just a few dollars more than the other products.

Excellent compact switch.
Works perfectly but the picture of the product is wrong. It is not a standard size rack mount, it is far more compact. For anyone looking for one of these to throw in a standard size home network/telco wiring box, it will fit perfectly on its side with plenty of room to spare. I don’t notice any heat from the unit, though I only use 8 ports out of the 24.

Cisco Doing What Cisco Does Best At A Great Price.
Its Cisco... I have been using Cisco products for years and I have NEVER been disappointed nor have I ever had issue with any of their products and once again this product meets and exceeds expectations. I purchased this product as part of a home network upgrade and from the minute I got it installed with new cat6 network cables I instantly noticed a huge improvement in the entire network. It flawlessly handling hosting multiple games server simultaneously. The performance plus the price makes this the perfect choice for homes/small businesses that desire a high performance network at a great price.

No complaints on the performance of the switch, works ...
No complaints on the performance of the switch, works and works well. My only gripe is the unit I received is not the unit pictured. Take a close look at the image you'll notice a different model number. Unit received was the compact model, wasn't a problem for me as the unit comes with rack ears and necessary hardware.

Worked great for 11 months
I ordered this switch to replace a Netgear switch that after 10 years was getting long in the tooth, and was not handling steaming services traffic all that well. As with all unmanaged switches, the setup was easy (plug in the cables... magic happens) and it improved my overall network performance. I have 16 wired devices connected to this including computers, smart home hubs, media devices, servers, smart TVs, and TiVos. For just shy of 11 months it worked perfectly. Then I noticed traffic was starting to slow down, and I had to restart the switch from time to time because it seemed like it's port speed sensing was dropping out. Finally yesterday it stopped actually routing traffic. For example, all the systems could get IP addresses from the local DHCP server, but not see each other or the internet. Did some troubleshooting and found that when I was able to get traffic through it was at 1Mbps, and more than two devices connected to switch dropped it down to less than that. May try to send it off for repair, but not sure if it is a solid unit or if I got a lemon.
